Facebook Labels Petition to White House to Stop Farm Murders as Spam

A petition posted on the WhiteHouse.gov site to ask President Trump to stop farm murders has been labeled spam after I posted it on my timeline. Although I have no way of knowing, I believe that the petition was targeted by those who don’t want to stop the farm murders. Trolls are rampant on Facebook, and they have no problem targeting legitimate causes.

The petition needs 100,000 signatures before December 2, 2017, in order to go before President Trump for consideration. Anyone over the age of 13, including South Africans, who have a legitimate email address, may sign the petition. The signatures will only be seen by the President and staff. This protects anyone who is afraid of signing the petition from any repercussions for signing the petition.
